The Norfolk Senior High Golden Sower Awards program is based around students being awarded for reading all of the current year Golden Sower Young Adult Nominees.  Students will be required to test in the media center on all of the books and pass with an 80% or higher.  Students will only be allowed to test after receiving approval from Mr. Lechner or Mrs. Goodwater.  Students are only allowed to test on a book once.  Also, students will be required to vote for their top choice out of the Golden Sower Young Adult Nominees on the Golden Sower website.  Voting takes place between November 1 and April 15.  Therefore you must read all the books, complete the quizzes, and vote before April 15.  You can access the link to vote here.

 

     Students who complete the requirements listed above will be honored with their picture on the Norfolk Senior High School Golden Sower Honor Wall located in the media center.  Since, the Golden Sower Young Adult Nominee list comes out every year students will have the opportunity to earn the honor more than once.  Students who earn the honor more than one year will receive a star on their picture for each additional year of completing the requirements.
